Get injured patients to the care they need

Medical transportation on a lien for hospitals, surgery centers, and clinics. You request the ride, the law firm approves it, and qualifying patients pay nothing upfront.

How we work

Lien Rides connects medical providers with drivers and the law firms that cover the ride. Personal injury patients get to treatment, and the case keeps a record of every trip.

How we help

Missed rides cost providers empty slots, delayed discharges, and cancelled procedures. Choose your setting to see what changes.

Discharge patients who have no way home

Injured patients often arrive by ambulance and leave with no car. A confirmed ride frees the bed and gets the patient home safely.

  • Standard car rides home on the day of discharge
  • Wheelchair and gurney vans for patients who cannot sit upright
  • Follow-up visits booked before the patient leaves

The Lien Rides difference

Approval, lien billing, and the case record are handled for every ride, and a live team is on call while it runs.

They go above and beyond to help our clients get to their medical appointments with ease.

We're here for you

Lien Rides started with a problem we kept seeing: injury patients missing care because the transportation around them was not built for the legal world. Ride companies did not handle lien billing, did not get attorney approval, and did not keep the records a case needs.

So we built one service that does all three. Providers get patients through the door, firms keep clients in treatment, and patients get to their appointments without paying upfront.

Who pays for the ride?

Rides are provided on a lien and Letter of Protection basis. The bill is paid when the case settles, so qualifying patients pay nothing upfront.

Can our staff request a ride for a patient?

Yes. Your team can request rides through the Lien Rides portal. The patient's law firm approves each ride before a driver is dispatched.

What if the patient cannot sit upright?

Book gurney transportation. The patient rides reclined on a medical-grade stretcher in a specialized vehicle. It is non-emergency transport, not an ambulance.

Can you take a patient home after sedation?

Yes. Post-surgical transportation covers the ride home after a procedure. Schedule it at least 48 hours ahead so the vehicle is reserved.

Can we book recurring rides for therapy?

Yes. Rides can be one-time or recurring, so patients in physical therapy, chiropractic care, or rehab keep every visit.

What records do we get after a ride?

Each ride comes with an invoice, a bill, and a trip report. Firms use them for demand packages, and rides can be tracked in real time from the dashboard.
